Today was my first day back at work. We had an assignment for our staff meeting, which was as follows (I'm cutting and pasting from my principal's e-mail): I am worried that the habits our students build here in doing minimal work will follow them out into the real world. I was excited to hear about the 7 Mindsets program and believe that will help us push students to engage further and boost the amount of effort they put forth.
