Hey everyone, Just thought I would see how this blog stuff works. Scrapbooking isn't happenign anymore, so I guess I'll just print this! Gosh, that would be a lot of paper. I think saving it as a file sounds better. This morning we had some plumbing done. YEah! Sometime soon we'll get started on the (hole-in-the-wall) bathroom. I'm tired of the kids' stuff all over mine. Hope all is good for ya'll.

    LOL.. My how the time flies.. Seems like just yesterday that he wasn't even born and now look at him! He certainly looks like he loves life! Enjoy him while he's little.. It goes by way to dang fast... :(

Well....Corbin is a busy boy. He won't sit still for an entire board book, hasn't fallen asleep in a public place since three months of age, runs outside whenever he hears a door close, climbs all over the bleachers at games, and gets excited and dances whenever we sing his favorite songs. But hidden within his busy body is a very friendly little guy who absolutely loves other kids. He hasn't learned how to approach someone yet, so he assumes everyone likes a hug. Random Thoughts

Tonight was my "free" night--the night that Jared takes the kids to Sterling for church activities. On Wednesday my goal(s) usually are to organize some little area of my home; spend some individual (okay, sometimes it's small group) time with my younger kids, maybe by reading together, playing a game, or going to the park for a bit; and then to get everyone to bed a bit early and have some "me" time (ie. blog, journal, scripture, TV, bath). Problem is, things don't go too smoothly...specifically bedtime. It. Takes. Forever.!! Corbin was overtired today (translation: extra wild, getting more wound up by the minute), and he took too long to settle. Of course I was also trying to read to Isaac and get he & Kenna settled. I guess I'm ready for a quicker nightly routine...But wait, somewhere in my motherhood contract I must've signed on the dotted line underneath "I agree to be kind, loving, patient, tolerant, and Christlike under any and all...
